Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms of your plan or contract. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EZDineIn regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
